Ingredients:

5 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon Splenda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspon of sugar
6 slices of bread (I used whole wheat rasberry bread) You can use any kind you want though!

(1) Beat the milk, eggs, Splenda, salt, vanilla and nutmeg together in a small mixing bowl.
(2) Spray a  13” by 9” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place the bread in the dish. 
(3) Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
(4) Sprinkle the tops with cinnamon and sugar. Turn each piece of bread over to coat well. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees.  Place the bread on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.  Bake the bread for 8 minutes.  Turn the bread over and continue to bake for 8 more minutes or until brown.

Serve with syrup or whipped cream and enjoy!
